Transformational Leadership Program

Five-Day Transformational Leadership Program:
Provides you and your leadership team with our most comprehensive process for developing your leadership agenda including a compelling case for change, preferred future, and primary strategies. Delivered over four months, members of your leadership team will bond at a deep level as you clarify what is most important to achieve and what it will take to become transformational leaders.

One-Day, and Two-Day Transformational Leadership Program:
Provides your leadership team, board, and/or key community partners with an overview of the transformational planning process, including theory and exercises for developing a compelling case for change, dynamic preferred futures, and high-impact strategies. Helps gain the commitment of your key leaders to engage in a transformational planning process with you in order to have a higher impact on families and the community. Excellent team-builder program.

Individual Coaching for Executive Directors:
Provides you with regular coaching sessions as you move through the transformational process. Helps leaders to accelerate the pace of your change process by keeping you more focused on high impact strategies and supporting you through periods when you experience resistance from others. MTM has provided individual coaching to hundreds of leaders over the past ten years.

Facilitating All-Staff Day:
MTM can help you design and conduct a one-day planning session for your entire staff. Staff members work in teams to generate their best ideas for helping people out of poverty and gaining the commitment of the community to end poverty. Works for all staff sizes, from 20 to 350. Produces the outline for a transformational plan, including a new vision for families, the communities you serve, and your agency.

Facilitating Town Hall Meetings on Ending Poverty:
MTM can help you design and conduct a series of 2-4 hour town hall meetings on the topic of ending poverty. These sessions challenge community partners and citizens to understand the system that holds poverty in place and what they can do to dismantle it. Results in new community leadership teams and initiatives such as: car donation programs, circles of support, weekly peer support meetings and renewed economic development campaigns. Provides you with more agency and citizen partnerships.

Leadership team retreats, one and two-day:
MTM can help your team analyze current strategies and turn them into high-impact strategies that are both more effective and change the public's mindset about poverty.

One-Day, and Two-Day Reorganization Program:
Provides your leadership team and board with new information and a process for:
Building organic structures that mirror high-impact strategies
Dispersing leadership throughout the organization
Creating a top team for community engagement: Deal makers
Creating strategy teams
Developing data systems which track strategy performance
