The ENG is an email discussion group (listserv) for ROMA and general community action issues. The ENG listserv has about two hundred subscribers. All are welcome, the more the merrier. It's a great place to ask questions of your peers.

There is also a once-a-week digest edition of the ENG intended for people who want to keep current with ENG traffic, but not actively participate (see ENG Listserv Subscription Info).
