ROMA: National Association for State Community Services Programs

NASCSP is a national professional association for state administrators of the US Department of Health and Human Services' Community Services Block Grant and the US Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program.  Many NASCSP members also administer the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and the Community Development Block Grant programs as well.
