ROMA Survey Committee

ROMA Home

Within the set of national performnce measures, the Task Force identified six indicators which would require a local agency to survey its customers in order to report performance. Agencies have the discretion to report on all, some, or none of these indicators. Tha national measures agencies choose to report on depends on local priorities identified through needs assessments.

A committee of the MATF met in 1996 and 1997 to develop the methodology for agencies to use if they choose to report on any of the following:

#1 Do you consider yourself more self-sufficient since participating in the services or activities of the agency?
#2 Has your household income increased since participating in the services or activities of the agency?
#3 Do you believe the agency has helped improve the condition in which low-income people live?
#4 Do you now participate in or volunteer for any community, religious or social organization?
#5 Do you consider yourself to be part of the local community?
#6 Has your family life improved since participating in the services or activities of the agency?
