The Alliance for Redesigning Government: The Alliance is part of the Congressionally chartered National Academy of Public Administration. The homepage contains the Reinventing Government database that connects to federal, state and local outcomes and performances case studies and related information.

The Community Action Technology Purchasing Guide: The CAT Guide provides up-to-date purchasing specifications for Information Technology products commonly used by CAAs. It is a free publication made possible by a CSBG Training and Technical Assistance Grant

The Harvard Family Research Project: The HFRP examines and encourages policies and programs that support families, communities and children. The homepage includes results-based accountability documents published by the HFRP.

Institute for Community Collaborative Studies, California State University at Monterey Bay: Includes a matrix evaluation model and on-line tutorial.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Clearinghouse Website: Provides information service for state, tribal and local LIHEAP providers, and others interested in low-income energy issues.

National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP): NASCSP is a national, professional association for state administrators of the US Department of Health and Human Services' Community Services Block
Grant and the US Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program. Many NASCSP members also administer the Low Income Home Energy Assistance
Program and the Community Development Block Grant program.

National Association of Community Action Agencies: the largest national organization representing the interests of Community Action Agencies (CAAs) and other private and public groups organized to fight poverty at the local level.

National Community Action Foundation:  NCAF is a private non-profit organization which serves as advocate and lobbyist for Community Action Agencies.

National Head Start Association (NHSA): A private not-for-profit membership organization representing the 750,000 children, 139,000 staff and 2,051 Head Start programs nationwide. NHSA provides a national forum for the continued enhancement of Head Start services for poor children ages zero to five, and their families.

National Performance Review: Provides a useful entry into the Reinventing Government arena via Al Gore's National Performance Review.

Office of Community Services: working in partnership with States, communities and other agencies to provide a range of human and community development services and activities which ameliorate the causes and characteristics of poverty and otherwise assist persons in need.

Office of Community Services CSBG Homepage : The Community Service Block Grant program provides States and Federal and State-recognized Indian Tribes with funds to provide a range of services to address the needs of low income individuals to ameliorate the causes and conditions of poverty.
