Statewide Reporting Structure:

1) Electronic Data Transfers to State?
YES   We are using the Tracker program designed by Certified Software
"Yes" indicates that agencies transfer client/program reporting data to state either by:

  • Completing annual NASCSP Information Survey
  • Mailing disks with required CSBG monitoring data to the state, or,
  • Transfer data on-line.

2) State Reporting System Gathers Demographic Information on Individual Clients?
YES
"Yes" indicates data can be sorted at the state level.

3) Required Fiscal Reports to State Performance-based?
NO
"Yes" indicates agencies link the delivery of services or outcomes to the invoicing process.
"No"  indicates agencies may access a portion of their funds:

  • Prior to beginning service delivery, and/or
  • At regular calendar intervals throughout  contract period without regard to the number of units produced.

4) Local Agencies Report Outcomes to the State?
YES   Report: New Mexico Outcomes (PDF: 3K, 1 page)
"Yes" indicates that the state can produce report containing statistics of outcomes achieved throughout the state.

5) Local Agencies Report Counts on Services to State?
YES
"Yes" indicates means that the state can quantify the number and types of services delivered (not the number of people served).

6) State Provides Software to the Local Agencies for Reporting CSBG Information?
NO  We require the agenices to purchase and maintain a service agreement for the TRACKER program.
"Yes" indicates local agencies use standardized electronic reporting format.

7) Local Agencies Submit  Information to the State for Calculating Return-on-investment?
INFORMATION NOT YET AVAILABLE
"Yes" indicates either

  • Agencies submit information in their proposals and/or reports to the state.
  • Agencies provide data and the state calculations one statewide report.
