| Illinois Outcome Measure Dictionary/Glossary | This tool provides guidance to grantees by defining the commonly used outcome measures and provides minimum criteria for a CAA to follow if they chose a particular outcome measure.
It helps CAAs choose more appropriate outcome measures along with the National Goal for their programs that they can realistically track.
As a result of the use of this tool statewide data reporting has been improved. Grantees's data is transmitted to State and the State is able to aggregate data in most instances. Still have an area we are working with the software developer on. Grantees are evaluated each year through a performance evaluation. All CAAs are implementing the ROMA system.
