| Louisiana's Standardized CSBG Needs Assessment | Attached are the needs assessments ranking forms (see pages 2 & 3) along with related forms that are included in each subgrant. These forms allow the CAAs to address the community needs. Our CAAs usually include a copy of the needs assessment instrument, which is completed by the applicants, along with the annual subgrant.
